'Boondock Saints' sequel in the works

The team from the set-in-Boston 2000 indie flick "Boondock Saints" are reuniting for a sequel, The Hollywood Reporter confirms.

Principal photography for "Boondock Saints II" is kicking off in Toronto, not in Boston, with writer-director Troy Duffy at the helm.

The stars of the movie--Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus--are returning as the McManus brothers, fraternal twins on a mission to clean up the Boston underworld while being tracked down by a FBI agent.

Billy Connolly is back as Poppa M.

"It's a joy and a long time coming to be bringing such an enormously talented group of people back together again," Duffy tells the Hollywood Reporter.
