Eliza Dushku's 'Valediction' filming at Whiskey Park

Crews from the indie thriller "Valediction," starring homegirl Eliza Dushku from "Dollhouse" and Ben Barnes from "The Chronicles of Narnia," plan a repeat visit to Whiskey Park at the Boston Park Plaza hotel on Arlington Street on Wednesday, June 10.

Film production, marked with the yellow production signs "LIF," is slotted to continue in the Boston Public Garden area in the evening on Thursday, June 11.

As previously reported in Loaded Gun, crews transformed Whiskey Park into a holiday scene on Tuesday, June 9. When a car accident leaves a father fighting for his daughter’s life, his journey for the pieces of the puzzle that will save her lead him to discover it's actually his life that he is fighting for. In "Valediction," Dushku plays the daughter in the flashback scenes.

For "Valediction," the indie film's crew has reportedly set up shop at a make-shift production tent in South Boston's Seaport District. The word "valediction" is a Latin expression used to say farewell.

Dushku, who flew into Boston on Saturday, is posting updates via Twitter here. Also, click here for the latest on "Valediction."--Photos by Sam Baltrusis
