--Justin Timberlake, slotted to play Napster co-founder Sean Parker in the partially made-in-Boston flick "The Social Network," dishes on his upcoming role. Filming of the so-called Facebook movie is scheduled to kick off this week in Harvard Square and at the Thirsty Scholar Pub located at 70 Beacon St. in Somerville on Wednesday, Oct. 21 and Thursday, Oct. 22.
"It's a perfect segue for the kids who have outgrown 'Twilight' but want something romantic and scary. Our monster will be quite terrifying; she is sexually attractive and monstrous at the same time."
--Michel Shane, producer of the upcoming set-in-Boston flick "Cradlewood" with Ian Somerhalder and Emma Lung, says he opted to film the gothic fairy tale in Melbourne, Australia over the Hub because of their 42-percent tax incentive.
